In recognition of their commitment to the education and continuing skills development for people living with HIV/AIDS and those who work closely with them, Abbott Laboratories, Limited has provided a grant of $5,000 to the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

With their Wine in the West End, a Spring Tasting with a French Flair event held at Zin Restaurant, Liberty Wine Merchants raised over $2000 benefiting the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

The PumpJack Pub once again chose the Dr. Peter Centre as the Charity of Choice for their fall/winter coin drive raising over $230.

The BMO Employee Charitable Foundation has chosen the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation as one of the recipients for their funding, though the generous support of the employees, pensioned employees, customers and friends of BMO Financial Group. The Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation greatly appreciates all of the efforts of everyone involved in the BMO Employees Charitable Foundation.

The Opera Appassionata society held its annual World AIDS Day concerts with proceeds benefiting the Dr. Peter Centre.

In only it's third year, One Day For AIDS has raised over $10,000 for local AIDS organizations.  The idea is simple, purchase a day of the year for $30 to help someone with HIV/AIDS.  This year more than 70 days were "purchased" for the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.  That's more than $2,100 that will directly benefit the Dr. Peter Centre.

This year the Vancouver Bar Association raised over $4000 for the Dr. Peter Centre, at their Annual General Meeting Silent Auction.

The Vancouver Frontrunners 2007 Pride Run, was held in August, and through their member's participation, they were able to bring in over $1600 to benefit the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

The 2007 Biggs Pride Deck Party once again raised money to benefit the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation. This year set another new record with proceeds totaling $8,000.
